AAI offers a range of standard service and maintenance agreements to meet our customer requirements. Agreements can be tailored around your particular circumstances, operating conditions and your budget.

Without effective maintenance even the best equipment will deteriorate, and without rapid response even a minor fault could cause a major problem. AAI’s service and maintenance services ensure:

Planned Preventative Maintenance
– a programme of regular inspections and routine maintenance to meet the demands of your installation, differing technical standards and regulations for a wide range of fire and security systems. Reminder letters are sent for a convenient appointment for your next planned Routine Maintenance Inspection, when due.

Remote Maintenance
: For newer systems, installed to the latest European Standards we are able to Remote Maintenance, whereby your system will make an automatic call to our Service Department to verify the full and correct operation of the system. Any reported problems are dealt with immediately.

24 hour telephone support: A Single telephone number provides instant access to our Service & Maintenance team, 24 hours a day, who can help with all your engineering requirements, whether they are urgent or routine

Remote Support: By using the latest technology, using ‘Insite’, ‘Lineload’ & ‘Galaxy Gold’ Software we are able to provide round the clock support. This offers remote diagnostics and reports, giving Engineers in our Service Department access to the same management facilities and diagnostic tools as an engineer on site. The beauty of this service is that the majority of calls are completed in minutes without an engineer visit – ensuring your protection is maintained, and removing the need to have staff on site outside business hours
24 Hour Emergency Engineers: We will despatch an engineer at any time of the day or night if you need emergency help. For Intruder Alarms it is within 4 hours or by when the system is next required to be set.

MASWEB: We are able to offer those clients with multiple sites the ability to connect directly to our Alarm Receiving Centre with the ability to view and amend keyholder details and inspect alarm history as well as running desired reports for Opening/Closing analysis. This service provides our clients with an unparallel level of in house management controls over the alarm system
